We report I case of diabetes insipidus associated with suprasellar germinoma, obstructive hydrocephalus and both optic nerve atrophy. In this patient, symptoms of increased intracranial pressure was preceded by characteristic polyuria and polydipsia. The water restriction and pitressin test resulted in central originated diabetes insipidus.
